Avionics / Electrical Systems Engineer

? Responsible for the evaluation, development and introduction of avionics systems
? Hold discussions with existing and potential suppliers
? Produce specifications and reports and develop essential documents for system certification and production
? Responsible for looking after the system engineering side of our customer aircraft
? Define technical guidelines for flight-testing, modified systems and support the flight test department during test flights
? Defect analysis of fault and defect messages and the development of solution proposals
Several years experience in aircraft design / development
? Experience with the most modern communication and navigation systems as well as electronic flight instruments
? Working knowledge of civil FAR and JAR regulations and certification
? Good communication skills and be able to work in a team
? High level of computer knowledge (MS Office)
? Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language
? Knowledge of the German language is desirable, but not essential
